The man who was involved in a fatal accident near Devecser did not have a driving license.
On October 31st, 2022, around 10:30 a.m., a car drifted off the road and overturned in the 1st kilometer section of road no. 8402, at the border of Devecser, under circumstances that have not yet been clarified. The driver of the car suffered so serious injuries that he died on the spot.
According to the available information, a 28-year-old man from Noszlop was driving from Noszlop towards Devecser when, probably due to insufficient speed, he drifted in a right-hand bend, then turned crosswise, ran into the ditch and spun several times.
The car finally came to a stop on its head on the side of the road. The driver was strapped in, but after the rollover he was pinned under the car.
The firemen from Ajka freed him with tension cutters, but his life could no longer be saved, he died on the spot.
According to the press, the man – who would have turned 29 in a month – was working abroad and would have returned on Tuesday. It turned out that the driver never had a driving license.
